NOC L2 Engineer · Bengaluru

Job Summary: We are looking for NOC L2 Engineer who will be responsible for day-to-day network operations during their shift and ensure the maintenance of highly available network architectures.

• Proactively monitor the network infrastructure, identifying and resolving network issues in real time.
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including routers, switches, and transport protocols.
• Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
• Implement, administer, and maintain LAN and wide area network WAN systems.
• Experience with Huawei, Nokia, Mikrotik, Optilink switches, and EPON/GPON systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 3 and Layer 2 networks with knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, STATIC, MPLS.
• Manage switch configurations, including VTP, Access, Trunk settings.
• Provide detailed technical input for hardware and software selection processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve network issues efficiently and maintain high availability.
