Sales Manager - Elevator & Esc · Khalapur, Maharashtra

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our Elevator & Escalator division across India. This role will be responsible for driving national sales strategy, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the national sales strategy for the Elevator & Escalator division
• Drive revenue growth and expand market share across India
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in elevator components
• Onboard leading OEMs and strengthen the client portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Deliver technical presentations and provide end-to-end client support
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to achieve targets
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and product launches
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions
• Represent the company at national and international industry expos
