• Ensure minimal wastage of materials and maintain hygiene standards.
• Monitor final product temperatures and quality.
• Implement company planning and development policies.
• Evaluate and report on production efficiency and losses.
• Supervise the packing section to minimize leakages.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
