Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete IT infrastructure administration, including server and network management.
• Manage ISPs and vendor relationships.
• Implement IT and information security policies as per ISO 27001:2013.
• Handle budgeting, documentation, and reporting for IT services.
• Support IT human resources management across corporate and regional teams.
• Ensure helpdesk performance meets SLAs.
• Resolve escalated IT issues from senior executives.
• Lead execution of IT projects and compliance with standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT infrastructure matters.
• Facilitate smooth communication between management and IT teams.
