Product and Design

Role & responsibilities :

Design & Creative Development

  • Develop high-quality marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, social media creatives, and logos.

  • Create consulting-grade PowerPoint presentations, visual frameworks, data stories, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Translate complex business content into clear, structured, and visually engaging narratives.

  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design outputs.

Visual Storytelling & Campaign Support

  • Support visual narratives for campaigns, leadership communication, thought leadership publications, and brand-building initiatives.

  • Partner with the Marcoms team to ideate and develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives.

  • Contribute to the development of visual systems, templates, and design toolkits.

Brand & Print Design

  • Create designs for office branding, large-format prints, merchandise, and event branding.

  • Ensure all assets meet production specifications and maintain visual consistency.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and propose relevant design solutions.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and strategic alignment.

  • Present storyboards, layouts, and prototypes to communicate creative direction.

Execution & Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines.

  • Implement feedback effectively while maintaining design integrity.

  • Uphold a high bar of creative excellence consistent with top consulting and professional services firms.

Video & Motion

  • Support basic video editing or simple motion graphic needs when required (Premiere Pro / After Effects).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Mass Media, or a related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or presentation design preferably in consulting, professional services, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); strong expertise in PowerPoint is essential.
  • Experience in creating brand-compliant marketing collaterals, presentations, and visual frameworks.
  • Understanding of print production, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
