Key Responsibilities

Requirements

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">2–5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years focused on tech hiring.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong business sense and the ability to understand role context and stakeholder expectations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">High curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools for sourcing or screening is preferred.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.</li>
