<li>Work with ServiceNow applications and understand inter-relationships</li>

<li>Implement and configure ServiceNow processes and modules</li>

<li>Understand web applications, networks, protocols, and email systems (SMTP, POP3)</li>

Required Qualifications

<li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)</li>
