Key Responsibilities

1. EXIM &amp; International Business

<ul>
<li>Manage complete export and import documentation as per statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, CHAs, and regulatory bodies.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to INCO terms, LC terms, shipping instructions, and trade compliance norms.</li>
<li>Track shipments and monitor timely clearance at ports.</li>

2. Domestic &amp; International Transportation

<ul>
<li>Plan and execute cost-effective transportation solutions for domestic and overseas shipments.</li>
<li>Coordination with transporters, freight carriers, and logistics partners for timely deliveries.</li>
<li>Monitor freight rates, negotiate contracts, and optimize transportation costs.</li>

3. Customs, DGFT &amp; Foreign Trade Compliance

<ul>
<li>Handle customs clearance processes including filing of BOE, Shipping Bills, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with DGFT policies and maintain documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain the latest knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) and regulatory updates.</li>
</ul>

4. Supply Chain Management

<ul>
<li>Good Knowledge of Material planning and purchase.</li>
<li>Collaborate with procurement, production, planning, and sales teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.</li>
<li>Support forecasting, demand planning, and inventory control strategies.</li>
<li>Work on improving process efficiency across the overall supply chain.</li>

5. Vendor Management &amp; Negotiation

<li>Identify, develop, and manage logistics and customs vendors.</li>
