Key Responsibilities:

<li>Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.</li>
</ul>

<li>Track and report on team progress, metrics, and Agile maturity.</li>
</ul>

<li>Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.</li>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a minimum of [X] years in Agile environments.</li>
