Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

<ul>
<li>Oversee daily construction and finishing works (blockwork, plastering, tiling, carpentry, painting, ceiling, waterproofing etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure work is executed as per instructions, drawings, and specifications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain discipline and productivity of manpower at site.</li>
</ul>

Quality &amp; Inspection

<ul>
<li>Monitor workmanship quality and assist QC team in inspections.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain checklists and submit daily quality observations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prevent rework by ensuring proper execution at first instance.</li>
</ul>

Safety Monitoring

<ul>
<li>Ensure all workforce follow PPE and safety guidelines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Report hazards and support safety team in toolbox talks and site audits.</li>
</ul>

Progress Reporting

<ul>
<li>Record daily labour, materials usage, and work progress.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support the engineer in preparing DPR and maintaining site logs.</li>
</ul>

Coordination

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with subcontractors for achieving day-to-day targets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Communicate material shortages, work front issues and constraints. </li>
</ul>
