Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations &amp; Compliance

<li>Manage end-to-end HR operations for site-based employees, including attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and onboarding.</li>

<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and site-specific HR policies.</li>
</ul>

<li>Handle labor license, contractor compliance, audits, and documentation.</li>
</ul>

<li>Maintain records as per RERA, local statutory bodies, and internal governance requirements.</li>
</ul>

Employee Relations &amp; Welfare

<ul>
<li>Address employee grievances and resolve site-level HR issues promptly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive engagement and welfare activities for workforce morale and retention.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure effective communication of company policies and practices at sites.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Oversee health, safety, and welfare provisions such as accommodation, canteen, transport, and medical facilities.</li>
</ul>

Site Administration

<ul>
<li>Supervise security, housekeeping, and facilities management at the site.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with contractors/vendors for smooth functioning of administrative services.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor budgets and optimize costs related to site HR and administrative functions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure grooming, discipline, and code of conduct among site staff.</li>
</ul>

Team Leadership &amp; Reporting

<ul>
<li>Lead and mentor site HR &amp; admin teams to maintain consistency in service delivery.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports covering HR, compliance, and administration metrics.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with central HR and senior management for strategic HR initiatives at project sites.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications &amp; Skills:

<ul>
<li>MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>12–15 years of experience in HR operations and site administration, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and statutory requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven ability to manage large, diverse workforce and multiple vendors at site.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP tools.</li>
