Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Configure and support SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay modules.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead design workshops to define compensation cycles, guidelines, and planning rules.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create and configure compensation worksheets, budgets, eligibility rules, and compensation statements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Configure lookup tables, business rules, EC-integrated data models, and proration logic.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support cycle planning, testing, execution, and post-cycle reconciliation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare documentation and training materials for HR and managers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Troubleshoot compensation issues and coordinate release management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with EC and PMGM modules for synchronized data flows.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Min 4 to 6 years of experience in SF Compensation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong knowledge of compensation planning processes and variable pay frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on experience with worksheets, budgets, eligibility, statements, and business rules.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">SAP Compensation certification preferred.</li>
</ul>

Nice-to-Have

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with Variable Pay cycle design.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
