Job Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and maintain reporting &amp;amp; application systems and coordinate information exchange with partner lenders</li>

<li>Monitor portfolio quality on regular basis along with risk and analytics and take proactive corrective steps</li>

<li>Design new products working closely with partners for specific client segments to grow the business</li>

<li>Close process, product, agreements etc between stakeholders including legal and compliance</li>
</ul>

Candidate Attributes:

<li>3-6 years of experience in lending partner management role in fintechs, NBFCs and Banks</li>

<li>Exposure towards small ticket business loan, end-use restricted business loans, underwriting policies is encouraged</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience in lender PnL creation would be added advantage</li>
