Key Responsibilities 
Project Finance &amp; Budgeting

<li>Prepare project budgets, feasibility studies, and financial models for luxury real estate and township projects</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Monitor project costs against approved budgets and control overruns</li>

</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Support management in financial and investment decision-making </li>
</ul>
Cost Control &amp; Financial Monitoring 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Track project expenditures, commitments, and forecasts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Review BOQs, work orders, and contractor bills in coordination with QS and contracts teams</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Ensure adherence to approved financial controls and processes</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Maintain strong cost discipline across project life cycles </li>
</ul>
Project Planning Support 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Understand project schedules and link financial forecasts with execution timelines</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Assist in preparation and review of project plans, milestones, and cash flow–linked schedules</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Coordinate with project, design, and planning teams for financial alignment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Highlight financial risks arising from delays or scope changes </li>
</ul>
MIS &amp; Management Reporting 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Prepare monthly MIS reports covering cost, cash flow, progress, and profitability</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Support management reviews with accurate financial and planning data</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Assist in long-term financial forecasting and project strategy </li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; Competencies 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Strong knowledge of real estate project finance and cost management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Working understanding of project planning and scheduling concepts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Proficiency in MS Excel, financial models, and planning tools (MS Project / Primavera – preferred)</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Strong analytical, commercial, and coordination skills</li>

Minimum Qualification
