Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Partner with HR colleagues on critical initiatives related to Recruitment and Onboarding, providing expert advice and guidance on best practices</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead engaging workshops, deliver solution demonstrations, and conduct training sessions on new tools for HR colleagues</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Gather and analyze business requirements, documenting and prioritizing them with key partners while working closely with technical teams to implement and test new features</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Design innovative solutions that address business needs while optimizing user experience and system functionality</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop comprehensive materials including training documentation, user guides, and test scenarios to ensure successful system adoption and knowledge transfer</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage relationships with external vendors including SAP to ensure optimal service delivery</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support incident management processes in collaboration with IT counterparts to ensure swift resolution of issues and effective stakeholder communication</li>
</ul>

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

<ul>
<li>Approximately 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Recruiter</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module - either in a Business Analyst role OR as a Recruiter who has uses SuccessFactors</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding processes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with requirements gathering and engineering</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken</li>
</ul>

These are additional nice to haves:

<li>Experience with Phenom CRM</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of HR technology trends and emerging solutions</li>
</ul>

<li>Business Analyst certifications (IIBA ECBA Certification or similar)</li>
