Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide strategic oversight for electrical engineering across all renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS, green hydrogen, etc.).</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead design, engineering, and implementation workflows for high-voltage substations, switchyards, evacuation systems, and grid interconnections.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee multiple teams—transmission, evacuation, site engineering, O&amp;M, automation, and control.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with statutory approvals (CTU/STU connectivity, Section 68/164, PTCC, forest/railway/aviation/NH crossings, CEIG, metering, telemetry, NRLDC/SLDC synchronization)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and enforce electrical standards, single-line diagrams, switchgear designs, and commissioning guidelines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement rigorous quality, safety, and regulatory compliance protocols.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Mentor engineering teams and drive talent development initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with procurement, project management, EPC, and quality teams to optimize timelines, costs, and efficiency.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyze performance metrics and lead continuous improvement programs.</li>

Qualifications &amp; Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering (specialization in Power Systems / Renewable Energy preferred).</li>
</ul>

Experience:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">15+ years in electrical engineering within renewable energy (solar, wind, BESS, etc.), including at least 5–10 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to grid connectivity, high-voltage transmission, and evacuation systems is essential</li>
</ul>

Technical Skills &amp; Tools:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in engineering design and simulation tools (MATLAB, ETAP, DigSilent, PSS®E, HOMER, PSCAD, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Expertise with approval processes, regulatory bodies, and electrical safety standards.</li>
</ul>

Leadership &amp; Soft Skills:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong stakeholder management and interdepartmental coordination skills.</li>
</ul>

Desirable Attributes
