<li>Power Trading: Engage with power developers and onboard them under Avaada’s portfolio to enable power trading through bilateral and collective markets.</li>
</ul>

<li>Pitching &amp; Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations highlighting Avaada’s renewable energy solutions and value proposition.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Negotiation &amp; Deal Closure: Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close mutually beneficial long-term agreements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Market Analysis: Track industry trends, regulatory developments, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Partnerships &amp; Collaboration: Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to design comprehensive, client-centric solutions.</li>

<li>Reporting &amp; Forecasting: Maintain accurate and timely reports on sales performance, contracted capacities, and future business forecasts.</li>

Preferred Candidate Profile

<li>Proven experience in C&amp;I sales, power trading, open access, or renewable energy business development.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong understanding of corporate power procurement, bilateral/collective markets, and regulatory frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<li>Demonstrated track record in client acquisition, deal structuring, and contract closures.</li>
</ul>
