Key Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data analysis and validation</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Partner with data engineering teams on data models, views, and pipelines</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business questions into KPIs and reports/dashboards.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Define BI standards, governance, security (RLS), and best practices</li>

Required Skills &amp; Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">7+ years in BI / Analytics with 3+ years in Power BI leadership roles</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop &amp; Service), DAX, Power Query (M)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience designing semantic / tabular data models</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Solid understanding of data warehousing / lakehouse concepts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong data visualization and dashboard design skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities</li>
