Key Responsibilities

Advisory &amp; Strategy:

<li>Assess client requirements and define blockchain adoption strategy for stablecoins and trading use cases.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Recommend protocols, platforms, and interoperability frameworks aligned with business goals.</li>
</ul>

Solution Design:

<ul>
<li>Create reference architectures for stablecoin lifecycle (issuance, redemption, reserves) and trading systems (CEX/DEX integration).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Define custody models, wallet strategies (MPC/HSM), and compliance workflows (KYC/AML, Travel Rule).</li>
</ul>

Risk &amp; Compliance

Implementation Oversight:

<ul>
<li>Guide development teams on smart contract best practices, security audits, and performance optimization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Evaluate vendors for oracles, custody, and interoperability solutions.</li>
</ul>

Stakeholder Management:

<ul>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to executives, product owners, and technical teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare business cases, ROI models, and roadmap presentations.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Experience

Blockchain Expertise:

<ul>
<li>6+ years in blockchain consulting or solution architecture.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Deep knowledge of EVM chains, L2s, Cosmos SDK, and interoperability protocols.</li>
</ul>

Stablecoin &amp; Trading Knowledge:

<ul>
<li>Experience with stablecoin design (fiat-backed, crypto-collateralized) and crypto trading systems.</li>
</ul>

Security &amp; Compliance:

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with smart contract audits, custody/MPC, and regulatory compliance.</li>
</ul>

Business Acumen:

<ul>
<li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.</li>
</ul>

Nice-to-Have

<ul>
<li>Experience with DeFi protocols, liquidity management, and MEV mitigation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exposure to enterprise blockchain frameworks (Hyperledger, Quorum).</li>

<li>Certifications: CAMS, CISM, Ethereum Developer, or equivalent.</li>
