Finance Manager
Associate Manager - Corporate is a corporate finance role based in Mumbai, India, focused on planning, fundraising readiness, and decision support for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models covering budgets, business plans, valuation cases, and scenario analysis.
- Support debt and equity fundraising workstreams by preparing decks, information packs, data rooms, and investor responses.
- Analyze revenue, margin, cash-flow, and cost trends to surface actionable insights for business leaders.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management updates with clear commentary on performance drivers and risks.
- Partner with finance, legal, strategy, and operations teams to coordinate transaction and planning inputs.
- Track due-diligence requests, document versions, and stakeholder follow-ups to keep execution moving smoothly.
- Evaluate strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and market scenarios using structured financial analysis.
- Monitor capital market activity, benchmark data, and competitor moves relevant to corporate finance decisions.
- Improve planning, reporting, and forecasting processes to raise accuracy, control, and visibility.
- Identify inconsistencies, data gaps, and control issues early, then recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and executive-ready communication.
- Contribute to special projects across corporate finance, investor readiness, and strategic planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors/Undergraduate Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline.
- Experience in financial modelling, valuation, FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Strong spreadsheet, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage fast-moving priorities.
- Comfort with executive reporting, documentation discipline, and detail-oriented review.
- Clear written and verbal communication with strong business judgment.
