• Assist customers in porting their phone numbers into Twilio.
• Procure Sender IDs for customer applications.
• Manage access to phone numbers required for applications.
• Work directly with customers to resolve onboarding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding processes.
• Document onboarding procedures and customer interactions.
• Provide support for network-related queries.
• Monitor onboarding metrics and report on progress.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements.
• Stay updated with Twilio’s product offerings and features.
