Key Responsibilities:

● Drive revenue numbers from existing/new clients for HRtech SaaS, Platform Sales.

● Aggressively expand customer base by identifying avenues for generating revenue through extensive networking with CHRO’s/ HR Heads.

● Building a strong sales pipeline of potential clients through various channels, conversion to prospects.

● Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle

● Hand Holding the clients for standard sign-up, migration process for SaaS, platform sales.

● Working with a client solutions team for drafting value propositions based on inputs and coordinating with key stakeholders.

● Handles escalations with Clients to ensure continuous revenue from clients and retention of billing from clients.

● Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals

● Ownership on collections, bad debts, process related activities like offers, recons, etc.

● Participation in various HRtech forums, seminars to increase prospect base and build robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue numbers.

● Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future product development

Education &amp; Experience:

● MBA from Premium B-School (preferred)

● Experience:

o Min. 4- years of exp. in Corporate Sales in HR Service Industry

o Exposed to an aggressive and highly competitive sales environment.

● High on learn-ability.
