Key Responsibilities:

<li>Define and execute Teachmint’s annual events &amp; activations roadmap aligned with marketing and business priorities</li>

<li>Own end-to-end event delivery: strategy, planning, production, budgeting, vendors, and on-ground execution</li>
</ul>

<li>Lead third-party conferences, exhibitions, partner activations, and launches</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Travel extensively to support event execution</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Act as the single point of ownership for cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Partnerships, Product, Leadership, Marketing)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive strong pre-event alignment including objectives, audience strategy, internal briefings, and sales enablement</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to deliver event communication, invites, decks, demos, and collateral</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Own post-event reporting and analysis, including lead capture, quality assessment, funnel movement, ROI, and insights</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to ensure lead tracking, nurture, and follow-through</li>
</ul>

<li>Build and scale the event frameworks, playbooks, and vendor ecosystems</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage, mentor, and grow the Events &amp; Activations execution team</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>6–10 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or brand activations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-city events and exhibitions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong hands-on experience in event production, budgeting, vendor management, and negotiations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>High sense of ownership with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role</li>
