<li>Understand web applications, networks, protocols, and email systems (SMTP, POP3)</li>

<li>Integrate ServiceNow with CRM and ERP systems</li>

<li>Execute Web Services integrations</li>

Required Qualifications

<li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)</li>
