Responsibilities:

<li>We are looking for a starting up a Procure to pay expert. The main task is to perform &amp; monitor the end to end Accounts payable  task throughout the month (including Book Closure/ Month Close) by meeting the service level standards agreed as per SOW.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>In-depth understanding of Accounts payable Process and month end close activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>In-depth understanding of financial statement and application of accounting principles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Supporting the creation, interpretation and implementation of revenue and cost allocation and attribution rules.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinating with consolidation and closing of the books.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Analysis from different sectors of all the variables that affect. Systematic control and logging of financial transactions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Processing of financial accounting transactions into the Subl ledger, including collecting, recording, verifying and reconciling financial data.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare &amp; Posting of Invoice processing Entries that include Accrual, Payments and clearing entries as per the time lines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>in-depth understanding in Bank reconciliation Statement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>in-depth understanding in  Cash flow statement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Balance sheet review and reconciliation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage quarterly inter-company process and ensure the variations if any are within the threshold limits.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Global mobility and holiday pay accounting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare statutory analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverable.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare Budgets and Forecasts as per the Client Organization policies and provide variance analysis as per the frequency.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Update process documentation that includes Standard Operating procedures / FMEAs / SIPOCs and other Quality manuals as and when required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Process adhoc request received from client.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Bringing innovative ideas to add  business values in terms of monetary savings and process efficiencies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive well designed solutions through leveraging best practices, tools, analytic and consultative selling.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
<li>Masters in Commerce / Bachelor in Commerce.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in Accounts payable processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong interpersonal &amp; Presentation skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills required in both written &amp; oral communication in English.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in MS office skills particularly in excel, PowerPoint.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in ERP / applications – SAP, Oracle and applications like Blackline</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Innovative and analysis skills are required to deal with complex data, identify discrepancies and suggest for cost saving opportunities.</li>
