Key Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (operations, underwriting, claims, etc.) to deliver seamless service to customers and partners.</li>

Desired Candidate Profile

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Graduate/Postgraduate with 10–15 years of experience in General Insurance, preferably in Motor Agency business.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering business results.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong knowledge of agency distribution models and motor insurance products.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent leadership, communication, and relationshipmanagement skills.</li>
