Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Claims Data Analysis: Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of claims Data reporting</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Data Analytics &amp; Reporting: Proficient in preparing Monthly Data Reports and MIS for internal stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaboration with IT: Take charge of Reports Automation with IT support to ensure accurate and timely delivery. work closely with the IT team to resolve any data or system issues affecting the claims process. Ensure seamless coordination between claims and IT teams for system upgrades or issues.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Project Management: Lead and manage Data Analytics / Modelling projects from start to finish. This includes Requirement Gathering, Creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Testing, and Rollout.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather feedback, refine requirements, and ensure alignment on data analytics initiatives. </li>
</ul>
Key Skills and Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Analysis </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Technical Skills:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficient in MS Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) &amp; SQL</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on experience of Python will be an added advantage </li>
</ul>
Educational Qualifications:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Any Graduate Degree / Masters degree (MBA/PGDB)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Certifications in Data Analytics / Data Science or Project Management (optional but preferred).</li>
