Recruitment

<li>Recruitment of agencts; Input Activities: Name gathering activities, career orientation program with TATAAIG like RnR, Club Membership, Quarterly contest, Educational programs etc.</li>
</ul>

Responsible for Activation

<ul>
<li>Float all contest and club convention on monthly and weekly basis to producers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monthly quarterly and yearly goal settings</li>
</ul>

Retention of business

<ul>
<li>Focus on increase the costumer contactibility.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide the renewals details on timely basis</li>
</ul>

Stakeholder interfaces

<ul>
<li>Internal Stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Operations (BOPs&amp; COPs) for the issuance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Product Towers for Quotations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Finance Team Taxations handling</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Human Resources to share foresights into the business and build the talent pool accordingly</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Claims Team Regularly for the claim settlements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Legal Team For the legal aspect, Vendor , NDA etc</li>
</ul>

Experience

<ul>
<li>0-1 year of experience in insurance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>At least 3 to 4 years of experience of leading a company/ business line in Retail Sales.</li>
