Role Summary: To drive, understand, implement and focus on key HR initiatives in the state for the company. Oversee, manage and partner effectively with the Business to support and manage the people agenda in order to meet the Company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify regional requirement of replacement hiring and coordinate with regional manager to initiate hiring approval.
- Manage recruitment costs by adopting right talent and scanning relevant industries for sourcing talent.
- Facilitate timely delivery of offer letter to selected candidates.
- Maintain continuous communication channels with new recruits to allow for smooth onboarding and cultural transition.
- Provide guidance to employees on employee benefits and ensure they reach entitled employees.
- Track performance and liaise with central HR team on non-performance issues.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
