Operations Manager (P&C Claims · Rajkot, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced P&C Claims Senior Manager to manage end-to-end claims operations, including FNOL, investigation, adjudication, settlement, and closure. The role involves leading large teams, managing key clients and stakeholders, and ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and high-quality claims delivery.

• Oversee end-to-end P&C claims lifecycle from FNOL to settlement and closure
• Handle complex and high-value claims, ensuring accurate assessment and resolution
• Lead and manage large teams, including managers and claims professionals
• Ensure SLA adherence, quality, and operational efficiency
• Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for critical issues
• Coordinate with underwriting, finance, legal, and external vendors
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal audit requirements
• Monitor key KPIs such as turnaround time, accuracy, and claims leakage
• Drive process improvements and support automation/transformation initiatives
