Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced P&C Claims Senior Manager to manage end-to-end claims operations, including FNOL, investigation, adjudication, settlement, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end P&C claims lifecycle from FNOL to settlement and closure.
• Handle complex and high-value claims, ensuring accurate assessment and resolution.
• Lead and manage large teams, including managers and claims professionals.
• Ensure SLA adherence, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for critical issues.
• Coordinate with underwriting, finance, legal, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal audit requirements.
• Monitor key KPIs such as turnaround time, accuracy, and claims leakage.
• Drive process improvements and support automation/transformation initiatives.
