Rubrik’s Global Partner Organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Channel Operations Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is part of a newly formed Channel Operations Center of Excellence and will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our channel programs.

• Execute and oversee all month-end activities related to channel operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Manage the ingestion and processing of Point of Sale (POS) data, verifying accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct thorough audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Manage the billing process for Rubrik’s consumption-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs.
• Proactively address and resolve billing disputes, working collaboratively with partners and internal finance teams.
• Track and analyze ad-hoc utilization data to support accurate billing and reporting.
• Efficiently manage and process cases within the channel operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for operational procedures.
• Support training initiatives for new team members.
