About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong experience in real estate financial analysis. The role involves financial modelling, investment analysis, and performance tracking, with a key focus on using ARGUS for property-level analysis and valuation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial modeling and analysis for real estate assets using ARGUS.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial statements and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and support acquisition and asset management decisions.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare cash flow models and assess asset-level financial health.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Accounting, and Operations teams.
• Support capital expenditure analysis and investment decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial standards and internal controls.
• Track KPIs and prepare dashboards for management reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate or asset management.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ARGUS (Enterprise/DCF).
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and investment analysis.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Exposure to commercial or residential real estate portfolios.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA (preferred but not mandatory).
