Position Objective: Own the responsibility of delivery and performance of vertical's all courses marketing and target achievements. Manage a team of 2 to 3 performance marketing managers, maintaining delivery and cost metrics under control, and act as the one point of contact for sales and cross-functional divisions.

Job Description:

• Lead the team of 2 to 3 digital marketing campaign managers.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Affiliates Partners, Google, and other digital advertising channels.
• Act as the point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders for delivery and quality concerns.
• Maintain cost measurement for digital performance campaigns while controlling CAC for every given program.
• Develop campaign structures according to the program's requirements.
• Ensure the team adheres to the SOPs set for marketing.
• Monitor campaigns continuously and optimize marketing bids and strategies to maximize ROI.
• Write ad copies for search campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn, modifying as needed.
• Utilize Excel for reporting and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with insights on campaign performance.
