Key Responsibilities 
Production Network Management:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design, configure, and maintain production floor networks including LAN, VLANs, switches, firewalls, routers, and wireless APs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure segregation and security between OT (Operational Technology) and IT networks while maintaining seamless data flow.</li>
</ul>

 Multi-Plant Network Coordination:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee network infrastructure setup and maintenance across multiple CBG plant sites in different states.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor network performance, diagnose connectivity issues, and ensure maximum uptime of plant-critical systems.</li>
</ul>

 Support for Plant Digital Systems:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide reliable network connectivity for systems such as SCADA, IoT sensors, CCTV, and remote monitoring tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with the application and control system teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for digital deployments.</li>
</ul>

 Network Security &amp; Compliance:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement best practices for cybersecurity, including firewall rules, VLAN isolation, endpoint protection, and access control lists (ACLs).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with corporate IT security policies and audit readiness for production network infrastructure.</li>
</ul>

Troubleshooting &amp; Issue Resolution:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Serve as the escalation point for advanced network issues at plant locations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs, and infrastructure vendors for resolution of persistent issues or upgrades.</li>
</ul>

 Documentation &amp; Reporting:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain documentation of network topology, IP schemas, device configurations, and incident logs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide regular status reports and dashboards on network health, outages, and changes. </li>
</ul>
Key Requirements

</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong hands-on experience in configuring devices of prominent OEMs, VLANs, firewalls and industrial switches.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP) and OT network best practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Willingness to travel across plant sites in different states for setup and support. </li>
