Key Responsibilities

Sales &amp; Revenue Generation

<ul>
<li>Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for Travel Trade and MICE segments. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase room nights, banquet revenue, and overall hotel revenue. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identify new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking, and market intelligence. </li>
</ul>

Account Management

<ul>
<li>Manage and grow relationships with key Travel Trade partners, Tour Operators, DMCs, and Corporate Clients.</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>Negotiate contracts, rate agreements, and business terms in alignment with hotel pricing strategies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure timely renewal of corporate and travel trade contracts. </li>
</ul>

MICE &amp; Group Sales

<ul>
<li>Handle end-to-end MICE and group sales enquiries including site inspections, proposals, and negotiations.</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with Banquets, Operations, and Revenue teams to ensure flawless execution of events. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor group blocks, cut-off dates, and ensure optimum conversion ratios. </li>
</ul>

Market &amp; Business Development

<ul>
<li>Conduct regular market analysis to track competitor activity, pricing, and trends. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, exhibitions, and networking events. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Promote hotel facilities, services, and brand positioning in domestic and international markets. </li>
</ul>

Internal Coordination &amp; Reporting

<ul>
<li>Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams to maximize yield. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare sales forecasts, weekly/monthly reports, and business reviews for management. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems. </li>
</ul>

Team Leadership &amp; Brand Compliance

<ul>
<li>Mentor junior sales team members and support their performance goals. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and hotel policies at all times.</li>
</ul>

Skills

<ul>
<li>Achievement of revenue targets (Rooms &amp; Banquets). Conversion ratio of MICE and group enquiries. Growth in key accounts and new business acquisition. Client retention and satisfaction levels.</li>
