Business Analyst

Role Overview: The Business Analyst will support project documentation, reporting, and coordination activities, ensuring smooth execution and knowledge management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates.
• Maintain project documentation, deliverable trackers, and knowledge repository.
• Support drafting of reports, presentations, and final submissions.
• Assist in collating inputs from multiple stakeholders and departments.
• Support PMO activities, including tracking risks, issues, and action items.
• Document lessons learned and support post-go-live reporting.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in reporting, documentation, or project support.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
