1. Prepare and post sales invoices accurately and on time.

2. Generate GST IRN and e-way bills as required.

3. Maintain records of invoices, supporting documentation, and project-wise billing.

4. Assist in preparation of Accounts Receivable aging reports and reconciliations.

5. Update and maintain invoice trackers and follow-up sheets.

6. Support in 26AS and TDS on GST reconciliations with books of accounts.

7. Extract and compile data from ERP systems for reporting.

8. Coordinate with internal teams for invoice approvals and queries.

9. Support the senior in AR closing activities and MIS reporting.

10. Exposure to Oracle Fusion or other ERP software will be an advantage.
