Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Relevant ServiceNow certification.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>8 to 10 years of related work experience with proven experience in automation or data engineering.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Expertise working in ServiceNow Catalog builder and App Engine Studio with data models.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge and experience of ITSM / CMDB and correlated functionality in ServiceNow.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM framework and terminology.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Advanced data querying, transformation, and processing languages such as SQL, Python, Power BI DAX/M Query, or SAS.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with SCM technologies, such as GitHub.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with operational, enterprise, and analytical relational/non-relational data stores like AWS, SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2.</li>
