The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Renewal Representative to own the customer renewal experience in a fast-moving, product-led growth (PLG) SaaS environment.
- Manage the full renewal cycle across a portfolio of customers.
- Ensure timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- Minimize churn and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
- Deliver a seamless and value-driven renewal process.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve renewal strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Develop and implement renewal strategies.
- Assist in onboarding new customers.
- Provide insights on customer trends and behaviors.
