Manager, Corporate Sales, Bengaluru is a commercial and stakeholder-facing opportunity based in Bengaluru, India.

This is a unique opportunity to rapidly scale a Mid-Market sales team in alignment with our fast-growing Enterprise business. The ideal candidate is energetic and passionate and has personally driven teams to achieve significant sales growth at technical Enterprise SaaS companies .

  • What You’ll Do Scale, manage and mentor a team of Corporate AEs by promoting a culture of revenue success
  • Support the full customer cycle by positioning Manager, Corporate Sales, Bengaluru solutions against real business and technical needs.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand requirements, constraints, and buying criteria.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with account teams on demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and solution documentation.
  • Address technical objections with credible, well-structured responses grounded in product realities.
  • Collaborate with product and implementation teams to shape feasible customer solutions.
  • Document customer requirements, success criteria, and technical feedback for internal alignment.
  • Maintain strong follow-through across opportunity stages, handoffs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify expansion, adoption, or risk signals and surface them to the right internal teams early.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business value.
  • Experience navigating client discussions, solution demos, or consultative selling workflows.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product, implementation, and support teams.
  • Strong follow-through, documentation discipline, and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities with clear ownership.
