Key responsibilities:
 1. Partnerships &amp; Outreach

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Draft compelling concept notes, proposals, and grant applications aligned with partner priorities and PadCare’s vision. </li>

2. Relationship Management &amp; Partner Success 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build, nurture, and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain continuous engagement through regular updates, impact reports, review meetings, and collaborative planning. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Serve as the key liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and mutual value creation. </li>
</ul>
3. Communication &amp; Engagement 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Represent PadCare Labs at industry events, CSR forums, and conferences to enhance visibility and build new relationships. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with the Communications and Impact teams to develop case studies, success stories, and impact narratives. </li>
</ul>
4. Monitoring &amp; Reporting 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with the Impact &amp; Operations teams to prepare reports, ROI analyses, and data-driven insights for partners. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track partnership metrics, engagement KPIs, and feedback to refine outreach strategies and strengthen partner retention. </li>
</ul>
<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">Requirements</h3>

What we're looking for:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">3–5 years of experience in CSR fundraising, partnership management, or development sector. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">A strong network in corporate CSR, foundations, or grant-making organizations is a plus. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to analyze data, measure impact, and communicate results effectively. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Passionate about women’s health, sustainability, and social impact. </li>
