About the Team

This team sits within the global people operations and shared services team, and is tasked with ownership of Okta’s contingent workforce program.

• Drive evaluation and optimization of the contingent worker program.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the non-employee population.
• Focus on third-party risk management (TPRM).
• Ensure compliance with corporate policy and legal standards.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers.
• Support operational workflows for contingent workers.
• Evaluate and implement best practices in workforce management.
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams for compliance.
• Monitor program performance and report on metrics.
• Foster long-term collaboration with key stakeholders.
