We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media.
• Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews.
• Schedule and manage interview processes.
• Maintain candidate database and records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding.
