As an experienced HR professional, you will play a crucial role in building the recruitment engine from scratch for luxury brands Nornament and Karigar.

• Design and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the luxury & premium segment.
• Source candidates through executive search, LinkedIn, luxury industry networks, and referrals.
• Create competency frameworks and structured interview scorecards for each role.
• Develop psychometric and situational judgement assessments for leadership positions.
• Conduct first-round screening and present shortlists with detailed candidate evaluations.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding for remote and on-site hires.
• Build a long-term talent pipeline for design, marketing, retail, and operations.
• Draft HR policies, contracts, and performance review frameworks.
• Coordinate closely with founders on cultural fit and brand alignment.
