As an experienced HR professional, you will play a crucial role in building the recruitment engine from scratch for luxury brands Nornament and Karigar.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the luxury & premium segment.
- Source candidates through executive search, LinkedIn, luxury industry networks, and referrals.
- Create competency frameworks and structured interview scorecards for each role.
- Develop psychometric and situational judgement assessments for leadership positions.
- Conduct first-round screening and present shortlists with detailed candidate evaluations.
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding for remote and on-site hires.
- Build a long-term talent pipeline for design, marketing, retail, and operations.
- Draft HR policies, contracts, and performance review frameworks.
