As an experienced and dynamic HR Manager within the pharmaceutical domain, your role will involve driving end-to-end recruitment, managing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, plant, R&D, and field roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers for workforce planning and understanding manpower requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants.

  • Track and enhance recruitment metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
  • Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and pharma-specific HR practices.
  • Oversee HR policies, documentation, attendance, payroll, and employee records.
  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Address employee queries, manage grievances, and disciplinary processes.
