Key Responsibilities:

• Adheres to the surgical safety checklist for all surgeries.
• Transports and shifts patients post-surgery to the recovery area.
• Assists and accompanies the anesthetist during pain management procedures.
• Administers care to patients with a female nurse in attendance.
• Assists in the LDR during epidural procedures.
• Washes instruments after surgery.
• Maintains effective communication with the operating team.
• Tracks the inventory of medications used in the OT.
• Assists in maintaining equipment and stocks related to anesthesia.
• Ensures that medical gas levels are maintained at appropriate levels.
