Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall business growth and contribution to sales, ensuring individual sales targets are achieved.
• Ensure activation of periphery marketing and geographies by planning and executing engagement programs.
• Develop strategies to expand market share, including initiatives such as medical camps, webinars, CMEs, and round table meetings.
• Maintain regular coordination with the accounts desk.
• Conduct regular fieldwork to better understand and develop effective sales plans.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance outreach.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
