Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure coordination within medical services to deliver on service quality standards.
• Responsible for implementation and adherence to SOPs in all Clinical Specialties.
• Conduct regular Medical Audits on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure proper Standard Operative Procedures are in place for patient care.
• Set up and ensure the regular functioning of clinical/nonclinical committees.
• Support Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with the Nursing Superintendent to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Ensure continuity of care by managing duty rosters for medical staff.
• Monitor clinical indicators for ongoing quality assurance.
• Adhere to organization’s regulations related to infection control and patient safety.
