  • Role Summary The Sales and Growth Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end revenue generation, client acquisition, and business expansion for the agency
  • Support the full customer cycle by positioning Sales & Growth Manager solutions against real business and technical needs.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand requirements, constraints, and buying criteria.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with account teams on demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and solution documentation.
  • Address technical objections with credible, well-structured responses grounded in product realities.
  • Collaborate with product and implementation teams to shape feasible customer solutions.
